The Marion Consort - music from the Scottish Renaissance performed by award winning vocal consort

In something of a coup for the Melrose Music Festival this young  internationally acclaimed singing group will be performing rarely heard music (rarely heard because it’s so difficult to sing!) from the Scottish Renaissance.

Come and hear the music which would have echoed in the Abbeys of the Borders before the Reformation, as the Marion Consort led by Rory McLeary take us on a journey of discovery into our own past.
